喜歡就充值下載吧。。資源目錄里展示的文件全都有，，請放心下載，，有疑問咨詢QQ:414951605或者1304139763 ======================== 喜歡就充值下載吧。。資源目錄里展示的文件全都有，，請放心下載，，有疑問咨詢QQ:414951605或者1304139763 ======================== 咖啡粉枕式包裝機(jī)總體設(shè)計(jì)及橫封切斷裝置設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要：隨著包裝工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，產(chǎn)品包裝在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和產(chǎn)品銷售過程中所起著越來越重要的作用。 本設(shè)計(jì)通過分析粒料包裝機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案及對橫封切斷裝置的部件原理設(shè)計(jì),確定主要裝置(供送、下料、成型、牽引、封切、傳動(dòng))之間的相互配合關(guān)系。分析了機(jī)構(gòu)、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原理,該設(shè)計(jì)解決了粒料快速、自動(dòng)包裝等問題。為實(shí)現(xiàn)包裝機(jī)的預(yù)期功能,對其機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。確定傳動(dòng)路線,并給出其傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡圖。在分析橫封切斷機(jī)構(gòu)功能的基礎(chǔ)上, 研究出一種新型凸輪滑桿式間歇橫封機(jī)構(gòu), 其特點(diǎn)是運(yùn)動(dòng)中力系處于封閉平衡狀態(tài), 且結(jié)構(gòu)簡單, 加工方便, 易于調(diào)試安裝。根據(jù)多功能枕型包裝機(jī)橫封切斷工藝要求， 選用凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)其橫封軸不等速傳動(dòng)， 并對此傳動(dòng)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)分析， 推導(dǎo)出了通用計(jì)算公式。 關(guān)鍵詞：枕式包裝機(jī);運(yùn)動(dòng)分析; 結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn);橫封切斷裝置 Design for Pillow-style Packaging Machine of Coffee and Horizontal Cutting Fixtures Abstract: As the developing of the packing industry, the technique of product packing has played a great role in the products' production,development and selling. By analyzing the design schema and design principle of the horizontal cutting fixtures for packaging grainy material was introduced,conformed work in relations of main fixtures(feeding, forming, retractor, sealing,driving) through analysis of packaging machine overall plan .The mechanism, driving system and control system were analyzed. The problems of fast and automatically packaging grainy material was solved with this equipment. Based on the requirements for transmission system of handy needle packing machine , a scheme design for transmission system was completed in order to accomplish the expectant function of the mechanism. The transmission route was determined. The sketch was offered. Based on the requirements for transmission system of horizontal cutting fixtures. It conducts an analys is and comparison of mechanism about intermittent traverse seal, and the focus point is to study mechanism about bring forth new idea of interm- ittent trarerse seal.According to the technology require of cross sealing axle of pillow multi-function packaging machine,the cam is used to realize vary velocity motion,and its kinematic analysis is performed,the general caculating formula is deduced.
