Unit 8 Where are they from?
一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)(Objectives):
1. Language Knowledge (語(yǔ)言知識(shí)):
1)能用英語(yǔ)準(zhǔn)確地說(shuō)出所學(xué)的國(guó)家國(guó)籍名稱。
2)學(xué)習(xí)句子:
Where is he/she from? He/She’s from… He/She’s …
Where are you from? I’m from… I’m …
2. Language Sk
2、ill (語(yǔ)言技能):
1)能用本節(jié)課的重點(diǎn)句型進(jìn)行對(duì)話。
2)能熟練運(yùn)用本節(jié)句型進(jìn)行交流活動(dòng)。
3. Emotional Attitude (情感態(tài)度):
在英語(yǔ)交流中,形成主動(dòng)開口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的習(xí)慣,體驗(yàn)用英語(yǔ)做任務(wù)活動(dòng)的興趣。
4. Learning Strategies (學(xué)習(xí)策略):
以在情景中理解、游戲中鞏固、活動(dòng)中交流的方式進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),并通過(guò)融入課文情景、小組同伴合作的方式發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,解決問(wèn)題,最終與教師共同完成本課內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí)。
二、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn):
1.重點(diǎn):能在情景中運(yùn)用Where is he/she from?和Where are you from?提問(wèn),并能準(zhǔn)
3、確回答。
2.難點(diǎn):He/She’s from +國(guó)家.和He/She’s+國(guó)籍. 兩個(gè)答句的區(qū)別及應(yīng)用。
三、教學(xué)過(guò)程:
(一)Revision
1. Show the national flags, look and say.
2. Chant
He is German, she’s German too.
I am Chinese, what about you?
I am French, you’re French too.
I am American, what about you?
(1) Chant together.
(2) One by one.
4、 I am 。。。, what about you? (P1-P2….T- P7…)
3. 引出I’m from China, where’re you from?
(1) One by one.
(2) Practise in pairs.
(3) Ask and answer.(T -P1-P2…)
(二)Dialogue
Introduce the people.
Zhang Mai/Keiko/Steffi/Janet/Mrs Webb
T: Here’s a Wedding Party. This is Zhang Mai and this is Keiko

They’re from different countries. Where are they from? Look and listen.

Matching Game. (分組合作,完成課文人物—國(guó)家—國(guó)籍的配對(duì))
