influence既可用作名詞, 又可用作動詞,意指一個人以其品格或地位獲得影響他人的力量.或指行為和思想受到某種間接因素影響而發(fā)生的變化,這種力

affect用作動詞。主要強調能引起情感上的反應、強烈、影響或力量,但指有形的,有時暗示不良影響。其名詞形式為effect "影響,后果"。

13、out of their worries by sleeping. Surprisingly, exercise and others respectively take up only 15 percent and 10 percent.
Personally I prefer taking exercise to get relaxed. Exercise can lift my mood and build up my strength. Whenever I feel stressed, I will take exercise. All the worries will disappear with the sweat. Besides, it contributes to sound sleep, which makes me more confident and optimistic. To sum up, exercise is a perfect way to reduce anxiety.
