Opportunities for bright young people are greater in the cities and there has been a steady stream of hopeful jobseekers from the villages and farms
3、 to the large metropolitan areas.2.(Health and Life),健康和生命As the saying goes, you dont know what happiness is until you lose it you dont know what health is until you are ill. “Health is of vital importance to life” sounds like a cliche to everyone, but it is absolutely true. The negligence of the d
4、elicate balance of your body and soul, the harmful habits such as smoking, excessive drinking and burning mid-night oil will catch up with you someday. How many big plans are interrupted by bad health! Even a normal life is unimaginable without the guarantee of health. How to keep fit is an eternal
5、topic of diversity and controversy. Regardless of all the different suggestions poured from all kinds of sources, one should do at least two things for him/herself. First, hold an active and optimistic attitude toward life and maintain a mental well-being. Second, live a regular life and keep a bala
6、nced diet. Anyway, a healthy life is within reach when you begin to adjust your mind and body. 3.The Pros and Cons of Dormitory Life (集體生活的利與弊)For most university students, dormitory life is a new experience. Most students have never lived far away from their parents before coming to university. The
7、y have always had their parents to depend on for advice and guidance, and when they become university students, their lives begin to change.There are striking difference between home life and dormitory life. Student must begin to be responsible for their own action. They must depend on themselves to
8、 get up in the morning on, time for class, to eat properly, to keep their clothes and themselves clean ,and to set aside an appropriate amount of time for study and relaxation. They must also learn to take care of their money, making sure to preserve enough for both necessities and for fun.In genera
9、l, there are both good and bad points about life in student dormitory. Often, dormitoryrooms are small and crowded. This lack of space can limit ones privacy and make itdifficult for students to concentrate on their studies. On the other hand, in a dormitory, student have a great deal more freedom t

They can act according to their own will and desire than to that of parents. 4.The advantages and disadvantages of city life 城市生活的利與弊 Living in a city has both advantages and disadvantages. It is often easier to find work. There are always many choices of public transport
11、. Besides, there are a lot of interesting things to do and places to see. You can eat in good restaurants, visit museums, go to cinemas and go to parks whenever you want to relax. However, living in a city is often very expensive. You must find a well-paid job, otherwise, you will not be able to aff
12、ord the things you will do. Whats more, the city is always crowded, noisy and dirty. It is very difficult to find a good place where people can enjoy peace and fresh air as in the countryside.5. The Internet and Our Life(互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與我們的生活)We know the Internet is playing a more and more important part in our
13、 daily life. On the Internet, we can get as much information as we can. We can send e-mails to our friends and talk to them as well. Besides, on the Internet we can read books, enjoy music and watch ball games. We can also doshopping without leaving our homes. But many students spend too much time p
14、laying Internet games. They waste a lot of time. We must make good use of the Internet. 6.Campus Life校園生活Early in senior high school, we longed to be enrolled in a university. Now the dream has come true. But how do we college students like our campus life?Certainly, some relish it, finding it color
15、ful and rewarding. Besides study, they spend considerable amount of time improving themselves in various aspect. Yet others do not think much of their college life, thus do not benefit as much. In their eyes, the university is just a bigger high school. The only difference is that they have more tim
16、e at their disposal without parents looking over their shoulder.As to me, college life is ideal if only I have abundant books to read, some bosom friends to keep me company, a couple of conscientious professors to instruct me, and an easy access to the Internet.7.How to Be Popular如何才能受人歡迎 Most peopl

If we can do this, people will be attracted to our good looks and impressed by our confidence. Another important step is developing

Its also important to be good listeners; in this way people will feel comfortable enough to confide in us. However, no matter what we do, we must not gossip. Above all, we must remember to be

The aim for which they work is to realize the value of life, to promote the development of society and to make more people live happily. They
22、 make great contribution to society and at the same time they also find pleasure from their work. On the contrary, other people work to live. They regard work as a way of making a living. The purpose for which they work is to kill time or to make enough money to support themselves and their families
23、. They often consider work as what they have to do. So they cant pick up pleasure and enjoyment from their work. Such people, once they can afford to support themselves and their families, perhaps quit their work. In my opinion, we shouldnt go to the extremes. Since we are members of society, we should do what we can to better it so that we can live in more comfortable and more convenient surroundings. Good life is an assurance of smooth work. Only when we realize this can we live happily and work well.
