1、I摘要本設(shè)計(jì)在分析了鉆床技術(shù)要求的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)立式鉆床的特點(diǎn)和要求,進(jìn)行它的液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)介紹這種鉆床的液壓系統(tǒng)工作原理、液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、閥塊塊設(shè)計(jì)和油箱及液壓泵站的設(shè)計(jì)。該液壓系統(tǒng)性能良好,工作穩(wěn)定。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的題目是鉆床液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)考慮的功能比較齊全。由于本系統(tǒng)的壓力小(3MPa),流量小,普通的滑閥就能滿足其要求。鉆床液壓泵站是近年來(lái)發(fā)展起來(lái)的設(shè)備,自動(dòng)化程度較高。本文先對(duì)鉆床液壓系統(tǒng)的要求進(jìn)行了闡述,并對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)要求和設(shè)計(jì)步驟進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。主要是對(duì)閥,泵,馬達(dá)和缸的選取,油箱,閥塊及閥組的設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)的性能較核與驗(yàn)算為主。并且對(duì)本液壓系統(tǒng)的保養(yǎng)與維護(hù)有著詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明和要求。近30
2、年來(lái),由于原子能技術(shù)、航空航天技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)、材料科學(xué)、微電子技術(shù)等學(xué)科的發(fā)展,再次將液壓技術(shù)推向前進(jìn),使它發(fā)展成為包括傳動(dòng)、控制、檢測(cè)在內(nèi)的一門完整的自動(dòng)化技術(shù),在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個(gè)部門都得到了應(yīng)用,如工程機(jī)械、數(shù)控加工中心、冶金自動(dòng)線等。采用液壓傳動(dòng)的程度已成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家工業(yè)水平的重要標(biāo)志之一。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓系統(tǒng);液壓技術(shù);液壓泵站IIAbstractThedesignoftheanalysisofthedrillingmachinetechnologyrequest,basedonthecharacteristicsofverticaldrillingandrequirementsforth
