尾座體零件機械加工工藝及其典型夾具設(shè)計
摘要
機械制造技術(shù)的發(fā)達程度突出反應(yīng)了一個國家或地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟實力和綜合國力,是一個國家生存、發(fā)展與繁榮所依賴的重要基礎(chǔ)。本文對一尾座體零件進行加工工藝分析,并對相關(guān)工序設(shè)計專用夾具。本設(shè)計的基本思路是,首先對零件圖進行分析,選擇毛坯形式、公差及余量。再次是確定加工基準、工藝路線,選擇工藝裝備,設(shè)計各個工序的具體內(nèi)容,確定切削用量及時間定額等。最后設(shè)計關(guān)鍵工序的夾具。合理選擇加工基準,加工方法,選擇設(shè)計出夾具的各個組成部件,如定位元件、夾緊元件、引導元件、夾具體與機床的連接部件以及其它部件;計算出夾具定位時產(chǎn)生的定位誤差,分析夾具結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性與不足之處,并在以后設(shè)計中注意改進。設(shè)計的夾具應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,省時省力,裝夾方便,并且對相似的零件的加工有通用性。

The Tailstock Body Parts Machining Process and Its Typical Fixture Design
Abstract
The level of the development of the manufacturing technology is strongly respect the economic strength and national strength of a country. The existence and the development of a country depends on the manufacturing technology.This paper mainly discusses the machining technology of a flange and designes these tools used for machining the flange. The basic prodcer of the paper is that first analying the detail drawing of the flange,choosing the blank,the sizesand the basis,second, choosing the machine routing, choosing tools for machining the flange,designing details of erevy procedure,third,design the fixture. All these chooses must be right to make sure the flange meeting the technical requirements. The level of the development of the manufacturing technology is the response of the economic strength and national strength of a country. The existence and the development of a country depends on the manufacturing technology. All these chooses must be right to make sure the flange meeting the technical requirements.
