圓筒沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計
摘要： 本設(shè)計設(shè)計的是筒形件的落料拉深復(fù)合模，首先根據(jù)計算來確定拉深次數(shù)，通過查資料計算修邊余量、拉深毛坯直徑等。通過對沖壓力計算來初選壓力機，對工件的零件、模具工作部分（如凸凹模、拉深凸模、落料凹模等）和模具的整體設(shè)計來確定模架，最后選擇中間導(dǎo)柱模架。對壓力機和模具校核后來確定壓力機。
本次設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容為：工件的工藝性分析、沖壓工藝方案的確定、模具的技術(shù)要求和材料選用。主要尺寸計算、工作部分尺寸計算、模具整體設(shè)計和主要零部件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、模具裝配和模具總裝圖。
