型彎曲件的沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)題目為型彎曲模設(shè)計(jì),體現(xiàn)了典型型彎曲模的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向,有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者彎曲模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的彎曲模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用彎曲成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),首先分析了板材的性能要求,為選取模具的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備;然后計(jì)算了彎曲件的彎曲力,便于選取壓力機(jī)噸位及確定壓力機(jī)型號(hào);最后分析了彎曲件的特征,確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及頂出裝置的選取。
本設(shè)計(jì)采用了八字?jǐn)[塊復(fù)合模成型型件。復(fù)合模具有生產(chǎn)效率高,制件精度高等特點(diǎn),特別適合大批量高精度生產(chǎn)。成型原理可劃分為兩個(gè)階段:首先,凸模與凹模共同作用成型U形件;凹模繼續(xù)下行,迫使擺塊左右擺動(dòng)動(dòng)作,U型件被再次彎曲成型,最后成型型件,這種機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作靈活可靠,設(shè)計(jì)方便,非常適合在本副模具中使用。
