營養(yǎng)快線瓶蓋注塑成型及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要：本設(shè)計(jì)題目為營養(yǎng)快線瓶蓋注塑模設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了深薄壁類塑料零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者注塑模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機(jī)及確定型腔數(shù)量；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推出裝置的選取。
本設(shè)計(jì)分析了營養(yǎng)快線瓶蓋的成型特點(diǎn)。螺紋部分是是成型的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。介紹了模具的分型機(jī)構(gòu)和脫模方式，采用齒輪型芯，用齒輪傳動(dòng)來帶動(dòng)齒輪型芯轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)脫模。通過螺紋傳動(dòng)來脫模，同時(shí)也解決了一模多腔的難點(diǎn)。簡化了模具結(jié)構(gòu)，具有一定的推廣價(jià)值。
