靠背固定板級進(jìn)模設(shè)計
摘 要:本設(shè)計題目為靠背固定板級進(jìn)模設(shè)計,體現(xiàn)了沖孔彎曲類零件的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向,有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計,進(jìn)一步加強了設(shè)計者級進(jìn)模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的級進(jìn)模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設(shè)計運用沖裁彎曲成型工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)只是,首先分析了制件的成本及性能要求,為選取工藝方案適合的模具類型做好了準(zhǔn)備;然后分析了制件的形狀大小,便于選取模具;最后分析了制件的特征,確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點及模架的選取。
本制件是靠背固定板零件級進(jìn)模設(shè)計,將落料和沖孔、彎曲等設(shè)計在一副模具中,模具操作簡便,生產(chǎn)效率高,性能可靠。本設(shè)計通過零件的工藝性綜合分析,包括零件的經(jīng)濟(jì)性綜合分析,沖壓工藝性分析,沖壓工藝方案的分析和確定,從方案一、方案二、方案三、方案四、方案五中進(jìn)行了方案性能的比較,最終確定了方案。然后進(jìn)行工藝計算,其中包括坯料尺寸計算,排樣和裁板方案,采用的裁法,步距精確度的確定,沖壓力的計算 ,落料的工序、沖孔的工序、彎曲的工序,以及的模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式的選擇,卸料裝置、定位裝置、模具及凸模和凹模的刃口尺寸的確定和校核。最后還有模具整體設(shè)計,模具工作零件設(shè)計,等等一系列的設(shè)計,本設(shè)計中都一一進(jìn)行了闡述。才有了這么一套完整的設(shè)計。
闡述了級進(jìn)模的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計工程及其工作過程,通過系統(tǒng)的工藝分析,采用沖孔、落料等工序進(jìn)行加工。通過計算工藝力以確定模具壓力中心,并選擇壓力機的型號。落料凹模通過凹模固定板與下模座連接來固定。模具采用下出料方式和卸料裝置。本模具結(jié)構(gòu)一般,性能可靠,工作平穩(wěn),提高了生產(chǎn)效率,降低勞動強度和生產(chǎn)成本。彎曲類模具又是冷沖模的一種,是指通過一定工序?qū)⑴髁蠜_裁成形的模具。按照沖壓的工藝性質(zhì)分類,彎曲模具是使材料發(fā)生塑性變形的沖裁模具。本課題內(nèi)容也包括對該零件進(jìn)行沖壓工藝分析和有關(guān)工藝計算,確定合理的沖壓工藝方案,設(shè)計沖壓工序的兩套模具,正確的選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件和其它的零件,對沖壓結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了工藝分析已選取壓力機。繪制模具二維裝配圖和零件圖。通過對級進(jìn)模模具設(shè)計,以鞏固和深化所學(xué)知識。
|搜彎曲沖裁多工位級進(jìn)模,根據(jù)設(shè)計零件的尺寸、材料、批量生產(chǎn)等要求,首先分析零件的工藝性,確定沖裁工藝方案及模具結(jié)構(gòu)方案,然后通過工藝設(shè)計技術(shù),確定排樣,計算沖壓力和壓力中心,初選壓力機,計算凸、凹模尺寸和公差,最后設(shè)計選用零、部件,對壓力機進(jìn)行校核,繪制模具總裝草圖以及三維實體圖,以及對模具主要零件的加工工藝規(guī)程。其中在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中,主要對凸模、凹模、定位零件、卸料裝置等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,對于部分零件選用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,本文就沒深入設(shè)計,并且在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的同時,對部分零部件進(jìn)行了加工工藝分析,最終才完成本畢業(yè)設(shè)計。

ABSTRACT?:The topic of this design is the design of progressive die for backrest board level, reflect the contents and requirements, design of punching direction of bending parts, the design of a certain significance. Bending?die?is a kind of?cold stamping die,?is refers to through?certain?procedurewill?die blank?punching?forming.?Classification?according to the process?properties of?stamping,?bending die?is?makes the material?blanking?die plastic?deformation.This thesis?also includes the?stamping process analysis and?process?calculation of the?parts,?determining the?reasonable stamping process scheme,?design?two sets of mould pressing procedure,?the correct selection of standard parts?and other?parts,?the structure of the stamping process?analysis of?the selectedpressure?machine.?Drawing?die assembly drawing and 2D.?The?progressive diedesign,?in order to consolidateand deepen?the knowledge.
This?paper?designs?a?bent?and?punched?multi-position?progressive?die.?According?to?the?measurement,?material?and?requirements?of?batch?production?of?the?indispensable?components,?manufacturability?of?the?components?is?carefully?analysed?in?the?first?place?to?determine?the?structure?of?the?dies?and?how?to?punch?them.?Afterwards,?process?design?method?was?employed?to?decide?layout?and?calculate?stamping?pressure?and?pressure?center?with?which?pressing?machines?can?be?chosen.?At?the?same?time,?the?measurements?of?both?cavity?and?terrace?die?and?their tolerance?were?calculated.?In?the?end,?proper?components?were?designed?using?Pro/E.?In?the?design?of?die?structure,?the?cavity?and?terrace?die,?locating?element?and?discharge?unit?were?specially?designed.?As?to?some?components,?standard?components?were?adopted.?Meantime,?working?process?were?analysed?in?details.
