固定板沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計
摘要：通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進一步加強了設(shè)計者沖裁模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的沖裁模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。本設(shè)計運用沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了工件的工藝要求，為選取排樣的類型做好了準備；然后估算了板料的選取，便于導(dǎo)尺的寬度及確定排樣的方法；最后分析了工件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點及卸料裝置。從控制制件的尺寸精度出發(fā)，對工作零件的主要的尺寸進行了理論計算，并用CAD軟件進行各重要零件的設(shè)計。該模具為級進模,在一次沖裁時，三個孔同時沖出，沖裁力非常大，為了降低沖裁力，采用階梯沖裁。
