彎片沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：本設(shè)計(jì)為彎片落料沖孔復(fù)合模及彎曲模設(shè)計(jì)。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者沖壓模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了沖壓件的外形及用處性能要求，為選取模具的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后計(jì)算了沖壓力，便于選取壓力機(jī)；最后計(jì)算了制件的壓力中心，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推出裝置的選取。
設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)合模，首先要設(shè)計(jì)條件排樣圖。彎片展開后的形狀簡單。由于零件外形尺寸為自由尺寸對精度要求不高，為了提高材料的利用率減少?zèng)_裁力，雖然這時(shí)會(huì)使零件外形尺寸公差等級降低但是經(jīng)過籌兼顧，全面考慮。這里我們采用少廢料排樣。
凹模采用整體式凹模，各沖裁的凹模孔均采用線切割機(jī)床加工，安排凹模在模架上的位置時(shí)要依據(jù)計(jì)算壓力中心與模柄中心重合。
