洗發(fā)水瓶蓋注塑成型工藝及模具設計
摘 要:本次模具設計的內容是“洗發(fā)液瓶蓋注塑模的設計”。這個制品的結構近似一個殼體,主蓋與其上面的小蓋以鉸鏈相連,打開后,小蓋固定在一特定位置,合上后與主蓋成一整體。設計內容是從零件的工藝分析開始的,根據工藝要求來確定設計的大體思路。其開始是從零件的材料選擇,接下是成型參數、密度、收縮率的確定,模具種類與模具設計的關系、塑件的尺寸精度與結構、注射機的選擇、模具設計有關尺寸的計算(包括模具行腔型芯的計算及其公差的確定)、注塑機參數的校核、模具結構設計、模具冷卻、加熱系統(tǒng)計算、注射模標準件的選用及總裝技術要求等內容。
其中模具結構設計是這次設計的主要內容,其內容包含了模具的分型面選擇、主流道及分流道的設計與布局,推出機構導向機構,鉸鏈的設計等一系列模具的重要零部件的設計加工方法和加工注意要點。
塑料瓶蓋的材料選用聚丙烯。首先用UG進行洗發(fā)水瓶蓋的三維造型,利用CAD/CAE作出輔助分析,通過查閱各種資料,完成包括形狀及尺寸方面的數據運算,然后根據洗發(fā)水瓶蓋的結構特點設計了模具的型芯、型腔、脫模及整體結構。此模具的結構較為復雜,動模和定模都采用了鑲拼結構。由于生產批量較大,采用一模兩腔、對排的布置方式。由于聚丙烯對熱較敏感,且此塑件的壁厚較薄,經過計算此設計可以不必加設冷卻水道。此外,為了縮短模具的生產周期,提高生產率,本設計在很多地方采用標準件,例如模架,導柱導套。
