摘 要
在我國(guó)的能源構(gòu)成中,煤炭占十分重要地位。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),在我國(guó)能源生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)中,煤炭約占總質(zhì)量的百分之七十五左右。目前市長(zhǎng)銷售蜂窩煤的質(zhì)量仍較普遍存在強(qiáng)度低、灰分高、固硫率低及不防水等缺點(diǎn)。這樣不僅降低了散煤的燃燒率,造成了資源浪費(fèi),并且造成了嚴(yán)重的污染了環(huán)境。
因此,蜂窩煤成型機(jī)設(shè)備是型煤生產(chǎn)中的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,他的發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
本設(shè)計(jì)的是一種新型的蜂窩煤成型機(jī),即氣壓式蜂窩煤成型機(jī),改用氣缸帶動(dòng)沖頭往復(fù)上下運(yùn)動(dòng)。本設(shè)計(jì)整體機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),不揚(yáng)塵,噪聲低,并具有高效、節(jié)能、噪音低、性能穩(wěn)、震動(dòng)小、壽命長(zhǎng)、溫升幅度大、結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)、等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。最重要的是,大幅度的提高了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量

Abstract
Energy mixing in China, the coal is in very important position. According to statistics in China's energy consumption and production , coal accounts for about 75%of all. However, but sold honeycomb coal has many defect such as lower compressive strength, high ash, lower sulfur retention and non-waterproof. So it not only reduced the coal combustion rate, the waste of resources,but also cause a great deal of damage to the environment.thenefore.
Therefore, molding machine equipment is the key tocoal production, so the development of molding machine equipment has the practical meaning for national economy.
