摘要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要是對(duì)安裝在驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的兩個(gè)半軸之間的差速器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，主要涉及到了差速器非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件如齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，同時(shí)也介紹了差速器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和差速器的種類，對(duì)于差速器的方案選擇和工作原理也作出了簡(jiǎn)略的說(shuō)明。在設(shè)計(jì)中參考了大量的文獻(xiàn)，因此對(duì)差速器的結(jié)構(gòu)和作用有了更透徹的了解，通過(guò)利用Proe軟件對(duì)差速器進(jìn)行建模工作，也讓我在學(xué)習(xí)方面得到了提高。 參考了東風(fēng)EQ1090E載重汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)橋，在論述載重汽車汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)橋運(yùn)行機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上，提練出了在驅(qū)動(dòng)橋設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)掌握的滿足汽車行駛的平順性和通過(guò)性、降噪技術(shù)的應(yīng)用及零件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、部件的通用化、產(chǎn)品的系列化等三大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。 關(guān)鍵詞：差速器；標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件；齒輪結(jié)構(gòu) I Abstract This graduation design is mainly carries on the design to the differential is mounted between the 2.5 axis of the drive axle, mainly related to the design of differential non standard parts such as gear structure and standard parts of the calculation, and the types of the development status and the differential differential is also introduced, the selection of schemes and work principle in differential also made a brief description.
