摘要 我國商用車的制造已經(jīng)成熟化，在亞洲和非洲開辟出新市場。驅(qū)動橋作為商用車底盤中關(guān)鍵部分，其設(shè)計要精益求精。 本設(shè)計對國產(chǎn)商用車福田歐馬可5系底盤進行了分析，決定對其驅(qū)動后橋做優(yōu)化設(shè)計。先查閱多本教材及圖書館參考書籍，對驅(qū)動橋內(nèi)主要部分一一分析，選型后選擇合理數(shù)據(jù)，計算校核。其次根據(jù)計算所得出的各零部件參數(shù)，用自己熟悉的制圖軟件繪制零件圖，再自己設(shè)計出裝配圖。通過制圖來找出自己在計算設(shè)計中的失誤之處，修改所得參數(shù)并修改圖紙。使用UG10.0輔助、三維建模，并用其自帶高級仿真模塊對橋殼有限元分析。 本設(shè)計的驅(qū)動橋可以安裝到大部分中型汽車上，對驅(qū)動橋的設(shè)計和優(yōu)化做提供了案例。 關(guān)鍵詞：主減速器；橋殼；半軸；橋殼；驅(qū)動橋；有限元分析 Abstract The manufacture of commercial vehicles in China has matured and opened up new markets in Asia and Africa.
