摘 要
機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課程設(shè)計(jì)是我們?cè)趯W(xué)完了大學(xué)的全部基礎(chǔ)課、專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課以及專業(yè)課后進(jìn)行的。這是我們?cè)谶M(jìn)行畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)之前對(duì)所學(xué)的各科課程一次深入的綜合性總復(fù)習(xí),也是一次理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的訓(xùn)練。因此,他在我們的大學(xué)四年生活中占有重要的地位。
我這次的課題是鏜銷(xiāo)孔活塞零件專用夾具的設(shè)計(jì),有活塞零件圖、毛坯圖、夾具裝配圖、夾具零件圖各一張以及非標(biāo)零件圖五張,機(jī)械加工工藝過(guò)程卡片和與所設(shè)計(jì)夾具對(duì)應(yīng)那道工序的工序卡若干張。首先我們要熟悉零件,題目所給的零件是汽車(chē)活塞。了解了活塞的作用,接下來(lái)根據(jù)零件的性質(zhì)和零件圖上各端面的粗糙度確定毛坯的尺寸和機(jī)械加工余量。然后我們?cè)俑鶕?jù)定位基準(zhǔn)先確定精基準(zhǔn),后確定粗基準(zhǔn),最后擬定活塞的工藝路線圖,制定該工件的夾緊方案,畫(huà)出夾具裝配圖。
就我個(gè)人而言,我希望通過(guò)這次課程設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)自己未來(lái)將從事的工作進(jìn)一步適應(yīng)性的訓(xùn)練,希望自己在設(shè)計(jì)中能鍛煉自己的分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題、查資料的能力 ,為以后的工作打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
由于能力有限,設(shè)計(jì)尚有很多不足之處,希望各位老師給予指導(dǎo)。

Abstract
Machinofacture technology curriculum design is that we mimic all basic courses , technology basic course and major part having completed university being in progress after the specialized course. This is that we always review before the graduation practice being in progress to what be learned every thorough comprehensiveness of course,be also that a theory contacts actual training , it occupies important position therefore, in our university for four years life.

工藝工裝畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是在機(jī)械制造工藝學(xué)及機(jī)床夾具等課程的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),它要求學(xué)生全面地綜合運(yùn)用本課程及有關(guān)選修課程的理論和實(shí)踐知識(shí),進(jìn)行零件加工工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)和機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)。
