山東大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 摘要 塔式起重機是我們建筑機械的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，本機性能先進(jìn)，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，操作使用安全可靠．其主要特點是起重高度大，工作幅度寬．對本機的設(shè)計主要有總體方案的設(shè)計、整機的抗傾翻穩(wěn)定性、設(shè)計原則及有關(guān)計算。有關(guān)計算主要有塔機風(fēng)力計算、平衡重的計算、吊臂的設(shè)計計算、臂架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計計算。塔機的金屬結(jié)構(gòu)由起重臂、塔身、轉(zhuǎn)臺、承座、平衡臂、底架、塔尖等組成，其它的零部件還有滑輪，回轉(zhuǎn)支承，吊鉤和制動器等，塔機的工作機構(gòu)有五種：起升機構(gòu)、變幅機構(gòu)、小車牽引機構(gòu)、回轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)和大車走行機構(gòu)(行走式的塔機)。通過對塔機的設(shè)計計算我對塔式起重機有了更深入的研究，隨著國家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的迅速發(fā)展，塔式起重機的重要性更進(jìn)一步的體現(xiàn)出來，所以我們必須更加深入的研究塔式起重機。 關(guān)鍵字：塔式起重機 機構(gòu) 平衡 回轉(zhuǎn) Abstract The abstract tower crane is we constructs the machinery the essential equipment, the this aircraft performance is advanced, the structure is reasonable, operation use safe reliable. Its main characteristic is lifts heavy objects highly in a big way, the work scope is wide. Mainly has the overall concept design, the complete machine to the this aircraft design anti-pours out the stability, the principle of design and the related computation.The related computation mainly has the tower machine wind power computation, the counterbalance computation, the lazy arm design calculation, the prm support structural design computation.The tower machine metal structure by the erector beam, the tower body, the turnplate, the altar, the balance arm, the chassis, the spire and so on is composed, other spare parts also have the pulley, the rotation supporting, the lift hook and the brake and so on, the tower machine operating mechanism have five kinds: Lifts the organization, the amplitude organization, the car hauling organization, the rotation organization and the large cart walks the good organization (walks -like tower machine).Through I had more thorough research to the tower machine design calculation to the tower crane, along with the country infrastructure construction rapid development, the tower crane important further manifests, therefore we must the more thorough research tower crane.
