摘 要 MG250/591-WD型采煤機(jī)是一種電牽引大功率采煤機(jī)，該機(jī)機(jī)身矮，裝機(jī)功率大，所有電機(jī)橫向布置，機(jī)械傳動(dòng)都是直齒傳動(dòng)，電機(jī)、行走箱驅(qū)動(dòng)輪組件等均可從老塘側(cè)抽出，故傳動(dòng)效率高，容易安裝和維護(hù)。 本說(shuō)明書主要介紹了采煤機(jī)截割部的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。MG250/591-WD 型采煤機(jī)截割部主要是由一個(gè)減速箱和四級(jí)齒輪傳動(dòng)組成，截割部電機(jī)放在搖臂內(nèi)橫向布置，電動(dòng)機(jī)輸出的動(dòng)力經(jīng)由三級(jí)直齒圓拄齒輪和行星輪系的傳動(dòng)，最后驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)。截割部采用四行星單浮動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)，減小了結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸，采用大角度彎搖臂設(shè)計(jì)，加大了過(guò)煤空間，提高了裝煤效果。 在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中，對(duì)截割部的軸、傳動(dòng)齒輪、軸承和聯(lián)接用的花鍵等部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、強(qiáng)度校核和選用。本說(shuō)明書主要針對(duì)主要部件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和強(qiáng)度校核進(jìn)行了敘述和介紹。 此外，還對(duì)MG250/591-WD采煤機(jī)的使用與維護(hù)進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明，以便能更好的發(fā)揮該采煤機(jī)的性能，達(dá)到最佳工作效果。 關(guān)鍵詞：采煤機(jī)；截割部；減速箱；行星輪系；傳動(dòng)齒輪；設(shè)計(jì) ABSTRACT The MG250/591-WD type mining machine is that a kind of electricity draws the high-power mining machine, this machine fuselage is low, Installation is large in power,all electrical machineries are fixed up horizontally, mechanical drive is all the transmission of straight tooth, electrical machinery, walk case drive wheel package etc. can take from old pool side out, so the transmission is high in efficiency, easy to install and safeguard.
