摘 要
本課題的研究內(nèi)容是給煤機的總體設(shè)計。
本論文論述的給煤機是礦山機械的一個部分。給煤機工作的好壞,取決于給煤機的型號,結(jié)構(gòu)和相關(guān)參數(shù)。首先,通過計算機軟件Visual Basic來進行模擬曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)的運動設(shè)計編程來確定的給煤最大速度和加速度;其次,以力學(xué)模型為依據(jù),分析了減速器的軸、齒輪,托輥上載荷的作用機理,得到了較為合理的給煤機載荷的計算公式;再次,結(jié)合本次設(shè)計的給煤機,從平面和空間兩方面對減速器的軸、齒輪;托輥等主要結(jié)構(gòu)件進行受力分析;最后對減速器的軸、齒輪;托輥等主要結(jié)構(gòu)件進行強度效核,并畫出它們的機械工程圖,
在完成本設(shè)計的過程中,利用理論分析的同時,也采用了許多實際經(jīng)驗,做到理論與實踐相結(jié)合。

ABSTRACT
The paper mainly foused on the problem which is design out a type of solution.
The solution described is a part of the mining industry equipment in the mine, used for solution of working environment in the locale. It works well or bad at work basing on its solution mode, frame and some parameters. In the first step, the most pace value and acceleration value of some parameters of the Slider-crank Mechanism are determined by using Visual Basic; Secondly, Then on the base of d model of work-surrounding, the load in is decided. The clear in reason expressions of account of solution loading; The next work, with the condition of the design, it is analyzed and calculated by plane and spatial model to the main mechanics of the shaft and gear of the reducer, idler and so on. Finally, it is analyzed by calculation to the main mechanics of the shaft and gear of the reducer, idler and so on. And draw out all the process drawings.
During the course of doing the paper, author not only analyses something theoretical, but also adopted a lot of actual experiences. Combining theory and practice. Therefore, the paper possesses theory and practical value, so it measures up the requiring of the nation to the undergraduate.
