南昌航空大學(xué)科技學(xué)院學(xué)位論文 2噸單軌抓斗起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名：賀偉 班級：088105412 指導(dǎo)老師：封立耀 摘要：起重機(jī)是一種作循環(huán)、間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)的機(jī)械。一個(gè)工作循環(huán)包括：取物裝置從取物地把物品提起，然后水平移動(dòng)到指定地點(diǎn)降下物品，接著進(jìn)行反向運(yùn)動(dòng)，使取物裝置回到原位。以便進(jìn)行下一次循環(huán)。通常，起重機(jī)械由起升機(jī)構(gòu)（是物品能夠上下運(yùn)動(dòng)）、運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)（使起重機(jī)械移動(dòng)）、變幅機(jī)構(gòu)和回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)（使物品作水平移動(dòng)），加上金屬機(jī)構(gòu)，動(dòng)力裝置，操縱控制及必要的輔助裝置組合而成。 橋式抓斗起重機(jī)是橋架在高架軌道上運(yùn)行，由起重小車帶動(dòng)抓斗抓取物料的一種橋架型起重機(jī)。橋架沿鋪設(shè)在兩側(cè)高架上的軌道縱向運(yùn)行，起重小車沿鋪設(shè)在橋架上的軌道橫向運(yùn)行，構(gòu)成矩形的工作范圍，就可以充分利用橋架下面的空間吊運(yùn)物料，不受地面設(shè)備的阻礙。橋式抓斗起重機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于電廠、煤廠等需要散料裝卸的場合，由于該設(shè)備笨重，運(yùn)輸安裝困難，對其產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測一般需要在現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行。所以要求控制設(shè)備接線方便，體積小便于攜帶。又由于使用現(xiàn)場條件不動(dòng)，還要求檢測設(shè)備有隨機(jī)手動(dòng)控制功能，以保證運(yùn)行時(shí)的安全。隨著對起重運(yùn)輸機(jī)械控制要求的不斷提高,控制手段也越來越先進(jìn)。目前國內(nèi)的橋式起重機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)都需要人在現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行控制，控制方式都比較落后。在中小型起重機(jī)中, 大都采用控制器直接控制大、小車運(yùn)行, 主、副鉤提升、下降重物及調(diào)速。 關(guān)鍵字：橋式抓斗起重機(jī) 運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu) 減速器 控制器 動(dòng)力裝置 指導(dǎo)老師簽名： Design Of 2-Ton Monorail Crane Grab Sdudent: Wei He Class: 088105412 Adviser: Liyao Feng Abstract: the derrick is a kind of machine that make circulation ,intermittent sport .A work includes circulary:Take the thing device from take the thing ground to bring up the product,then the level move to specify the location to decline product carry on immediately after anti-to sport,make the thing device to return the home position ,in order to carry on next circulate.Usually , the derrick from rise the organization (make product exercised up and down),circulate the organization (make the derrick move) and become an organization and turn round the organization (make the product make the level ambulation),and the metal organization,the motive equip,the assistance that manipulate the control and necessities equips to combine.
