LPX6電動(dòng)機(jī)下置式錘式破碎機(jī)

摘要:本文介紹了立軸錘式破碎機(jī)的工作原理及破碎實(shí)質(zhì),并對(duì)破碎機(jī)主要參數(shù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)的是單轉(zhuǎn)子、多排錘、不可逆式的電動(dòng)機(jī)下置式立軸錘式破碎機(jī),型號(hào)為L(zhǎng)PX6 500。立軸錘式破碎機(jī)由上蓋、機(jī)殼、立軸轉(zhuǎn)子、底座和傳動(dòng)裝置組成。上蓋一側(cè)上面設(shè)有喂料口(進(jìn)料斗),中間設(shè)有轉(zhuǎn)子軸承座。機(jī)殼內(nèi)裝有可拆換的反擊板,中心立軸轉(zhuǎn)子安裝有數(shù)排對(duì)稱布置的打擊錘頭,傳動(dòng)裝置由異步電動(dòng)機(jī)、電機(jī)機(jī)座、張緊機(jī)構(gòu)及傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)成,同立軸轉(zhuǎn)子相連,底座下部設(shè)有出料口及料斗。破碎腔里面的破碎機(jī)構(gòu)采用單轉(zhuǎn)子多排錘可逆式,單轉(zhuǎn)子即一根主軸,多排錘頭通過連接裝置固定在主軸上,錘頭交錯(cuò)布置。而且錘頭的回轉(zhuǎn)采用可逆式,這樣能夠在錘頭遇到大的破碎阻力時(shí),錘頭向相反的方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),減輕主軸的承載負(fù)荷,保護(hù)主軸不被損壞。里面的破碎襯板通過螺栓連接固定在筒體上。筒體和破碎機(jī)構(gòu)固定在底架上。
