江西農(nóng)業(yè)大學工學院本科畢業(yè)設計
摘 要
目前,混泥土攪拌機在國內(nèi)外都有著飛速的發(fā)展,國際競爭力在不斷提高。
為了滿足市場需求,完善產(chǎn)品系列,適應小型建筑施工和實驗室工作的需求,設
計了此混泥土攪拌機。
本課題主要研究立軸式混泥土攪拌機的工作原理以及攪拌機攪拌系統(tǒng)方案設計。根據(jù)設計要求,對混泥土攪拌機的攪拌系統(tǒng)初步定型,并對攪拌系統(tǒng)的主要部件進行設計和計算。主要設計結論如下:
(1)攪拌機的結構方案分析與總體設計
本攪拌機的結構是由機架、攪拌裝置、傳動系統(tǒng)所主成。 機架是整個設備的支撐部分,由槽鋼和鋼管焊接而成。攪拌裝置由攪拌筒、攪拌軸、攪拌鏟片所主成,攪拌鏟片固定在攪拌臂上,并且與攪拌軸主成一體,攪拌鏟與攪拌筒底間隙可微量調(diào)整。傳動系統(tǒng)由電動機、減速器、帶傳動、鏈傳動所組成。
(2)攪拌裝置的設計
攪拌裝置是安裝在軸套上的鏟片式葉片,葉片隨軸的旋轉而轉動,對筒內(nèi)物料進行攪拌,是物料混合均勻,攪拌臂向上伸出,可起到攪拌上方物料的作用。
(3)傳動系統(tǒng)的設計
傳動系統(tǒng)是由V帶傳動和鏈傳動來傳遞運動的。電動機輸出轉速通過V帶傳動傳遞到減速器,減速器又通過鏈傳動將轉速傳遞給攪拌機的主軸,主軸帶動軸套轉動,從而使攪拌葉片旋轉,來完成攪拌的工作。

This topic research vertical shaft type concrete mixer work principle and blender mixing system design. According to the requirements of the design of concrete mixer, the mixing system, and the preliminary finalize the design of the main parts by mixing system design and calculation. The main conclusions are as follows:
(1)mixer with the overall structural design of program analysis
The structure is a rack mixer, mixing equipment, drive into the main.
The support of the entire equipment rack is part of the channel steel and steel pipe welded. Mixing device consists of the mixing tube, shaft, mixing shovel into a film by Lord Spatula piece fixed to the mixing arm, and with the main shaft into one, Spatula and mixing tube at the end of the gap can be micro-adjusted. Transmission from the motor, gearbox, belt drive, chain drive of the composition.
(2) mixing device design

(3) transmission system design
Transmission by V belt drive and chain drive to transfer movement.
