摘 要
本設(shè)計為一墊板的冷沖壓模具設(shè)計，根據(jù)設(shè)計零件的尺寸、材料、批量生產(chǎn)等要求，首先分析零件的工藝性，確定沖裁工藝方案及模具結(jié)構(gòu)方案，然后通過工藝設(shè)計計算，確定排樣和裁板，計算沖壓力和壓力中心，初選壓力機，計算凸、凹模刃口尺寸和公差，最后設(shè)計選用零、部件，對壓力機進行校核，繪制模具總裝草圖，以及模具主要零件的加工工藝規(guī)程編制，從而使得沖壓模具設(shè)計更完善。

ABSTRACT
