端蓋沖壓拉深模的設(shè)計(jì)
摘要： 本設(shè)計(jì)題目為端蓋產(chǎn)品的模具設(shè)計(jì)，系統(tǒng)的介紹了沖壓拉深件的工藝及模具結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)制件的影響，模具工作零件和總裝結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。介紹了端蓋產(chǎn)品的沖壓拉深設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的問題，并且考慮了模具的安裝與調(diào)試對(duì)零件精度的影響。從控制制件的尺寸精度出發(fā)，對(duì)工作零件的主要的尺寸進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算，并用CAD軟件進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計(jì)。通過對(duì)該模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者的沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為以后的復(fù)雜的設(shè)計(jì)打下了基礎(chǔ)與吸取更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
