墊圈沖壓模具的結(jié)構(gòu)與設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：本設(shè)計(jì)的題目為：墊圈沖壓模具的結(jié)構(gòu)與設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者沖壓模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的沖壓模做好了鋪墊，同時(shí)吸收了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了沖裁件的工藝性，緊接著確定沖壓工藝方案、設(shè)計(jì)成形零件、選擇結(jié)構(gòu)零件。
本零件結(jié)構(gòu)較為簡(jiǎn)單，考慮到制件的形狀和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、模具的制造成本和加工的方便性，本模具采用級(jí)進(jìn)模結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行沖裁，并采用正裝結(jié)構(gòu)。

The structure and designing of punching die of washer
Abstract：The text of design is the structure and designing of punching die of washer.It can strengthen the basic knowledge of the designer by designing the punching die,and It can help a designer design more complex punching dies,at the sam time masters more experience.
In the design,It firstly analysises on manufacturability of banking part,secondly determines the stamping process plan,designs punching dies and choose sturcture parts.
The sturcture of the part is quite simple ,Considering the shape and sturcture of the part , manufacturing cost of the punching die and the convenience of the machining the punching uses progressive die .
