河南機電高等?？茖W校畢業(yè)設計說明書 底座沖孔落料彎曲模具的設計 摘 要：本設計題目為底座沖孔落料彎曲成形工藝與模具設計，體現(xiàn)了板類沖壓零件的設計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設計意義。通過對該零件模具的設計，進一步加強了設計者沖壓模具設計的基礎知識，為設計更復雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊并吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。 本設計運用沖孔落料彎曲成形工藝及模具設計的基礎知識，首先分析了工件的成形工藝及模具成形結構對制件質量的影響。介紹了底座沖孔落料彎曲模具設計時要注意的要點，通過對制件進行工藝分析，可確定制件的成形加工用兩套模具即沖孔落料正裝復合模和一次彎曲成形模具。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，對該底座沖孔落料彎曲模的各主要尺寸進行了理論計算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸。從模具設計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進行詳細的闡述，并應用CAD進行各重要零件的設計。 關鍵詞：復合模；工藝分析；模具零部件的加工工藝。 The foundation punch holes fall the material Curving mold the design Abstract：The topic of this design is the foundation punch holes fall the material to be curvingforming process and die design.
