摘 要
模具設(shè)計(jì)思思是學(xué)習(xí)模具專業(yè)課的最終目的，我們主要對(duì)沖壓模和塑料模有一定的認(rèn)識(shí)。
本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是對(duì)沖壓工藝中的彎曲模進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)計(jì)的題目為——滾動(dòng)軸彎模。
主要內(nèi)容： 1） 彎曲零件工藝性分析
2） 彎曲工藝方案的確定
3） 模具的主要參數(shù)計(jì)算以及模具的總體設(shè)計(jì)
4） 模具零件的加工工藝性
5） 模具的裝配，安裝及調(diào)試
6） 模具設(shè)備的選用
模具設(shè)計(jì)的方法及步驟基本上是根據(jù)它的內(nèi)容來決定的，它們之間是相互穿插影響的。通過對(duì)彎曲件結(jié)構(gòu)以及沖壓工藝進(jìn)行分析，初步確定工藝方案，然后對(duì)其主要參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算，確定毛坯的尺寸，凸凹模的大小以及壓力機(jī)噸位等。對(duì)模具進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì)后對(duì)模具各零件進(jìn)行裝配。接著在壓力機(jī)上安裝并試沖，獲得合格制件標(biāo)志著模具設(shè)計(jì)成功。
彎曲沖壓模具與沖裁、拉深模之間有很大的區(qū)別，它在沖裁的基礎(chǔ)上更由它獨(dú)特的方面，較沖裁難，不僅要考慮沖裁力的大小，更重要的是考慮彎曲中容易出現(xiàn)的彎曲回彈和拉裂等一些現(xiàn)象，設(shè)計(jì)模具時(shí)為了保證質(zhì)量要求需要特別注意考慮工藝性的要求等等。在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要注意模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、模具使用方便、模具壽命高等問題。并且要提高生產(chǎn)效率，保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。

The method and steps of the molding tool design decide according to its contents basically of, they add the influence mutually.Pass to press the craft to carry on the analysis towards curving a structure and hurtling, the initial assurance craft project, then as to it's the main parameter carries on the calculation, making sure the size of the semi-finished product, the size and pressure machine tonnage etc. of the convex and cave mold.
