端蓋的沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計
摘要：此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計任務(wù)是端蓋零件的模具設(shè)計。端蓋為有凸緣圓筒形件，是典型的拉深件，其拉深過程中變形區(qū)的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)和變形特點與無凸緣圓筒形件是相同的，但有凸緣圓筒形件拉深時，胚料凸緣部分不是全部進入凹模洞口，當(dāng)拉深進行到凸緣外徑等于零件凸緣直徑時，拉深工作就停止。
良好的工藝性和合理的工藝方案，可以用最少的材料，最少的工序和工時，使得模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡單且模具壽命長，能穩(wěn)定的獲得合格沖裁件，通過分析端蓋的工藝性，確定合理的工藝方案；通過計算端蓋的相對直徑或者相對高度，判斷端蓋能否一次拉深成功，從而確定拉深工藝參數(shù)以及模具工作部分的幾何形狀與尺寸；根據(jù)計算結(jié)果選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)表架。
