摘要
拔毛機(jī)通俗來(lái)講就是用來(lái)去除宰殺且浸燙的雞、鴨、鵝等家禽的自動(dòng)去毛，拔毛機(jī)還可用來(lái)去除一些農(nóng)產(chǎn)品像土豆或者魚(yú)類的鱗之類的。該機(jī)器運(yùn)用起來(lái)非常的方便，而且比起人工慢慢悠悠來(lái)，其優(yōu)勢(shì)就可想而知了。在現(xiàn)代城市及鄉(xiāng)村的家禽屠宰場(chǎng)應(yīng)用已經(jīng)十分普遍了。該機(jī)器去毛的效率非常的高。 要求是 ：適合的浸燙的溫度 、 設(shè)備安全、可靠性、 基本達(dá)到食品衛(wèi)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用的材料應(yīng)經(jīng)久耐用、無(wú)害無(wú)毒、防銹 、機(jī)器系列性、結(jié)構(gòu)便于維修且簡(jiǎn)單。設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)有：羽毛除凈率98%、 損破率 3%、生產(chǎn)率達(dá)到較高水準(zhǔn)。工作原理及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 。結(jié)構(gòu)有 ：皮帶輪、脫毛筒、電機(jī)、脫毛轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)、機(jī)架、 出雜口等組成。工作的原理是選用在筒壁和轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)上加上橡膠棒來(lái)仿造人工的揉搓方法以便達(dá)到脫毛之目的。
