摘 要
電動(dòng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)就是在機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)中,用電池作為能源, 電動(dòng)機(jī)為動(dòng)力, 以轉(zhuǎn)向盤(pán)的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)矩以及車速為輸入信號(hào), 通過(guò)電子控制裝置, 協(xié)助人力轉(zhuǎn)向, 并獲得最佳轉(zhuǎn)向力特性的伺服系統(tǒng)。EPS汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的性能直接影響到汽車的操縱穩(wěn)定性, 對(duì)于確保車輛的安全行駛、減少交通事故以及保護(hù)駕駛員的人身安全、改善駕駛員的工作條件起著重要的作用。
電動(dòng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)主要由減速機(jī)構(gòu)和轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)組成,減速機(jī)構(gòu)把電動(dòng)機(jī)的輸出經(jīng)過(guò)減速增扭傳遞到動(dòng)力輔助單元,實(shí)現(xiàn)助力。由于蝸輪蝸桿傳動(dòng)比大,傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)噪聲低故減速機(jī)構(gòu)選為蝸輪蝸桿式。由于齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器,傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn),結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單故轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)選為齒輪齒條式。
本文設(shè)計(jì)研究了電動(dòng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng),對(duì)其工作原理做了闡述,對(duì)蝸輪蝸桿減速器中的蝸輪與蝸桿做了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并進(jìn)行了選型。同時(shí)對(duì)齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)其重要零件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與強(qiáng)度校核。

ABSTRACT
Electric power steering system is in mechanical steering system, use battery as energy, motor as a driving force, the steering dish speed and torque and speed of the input signal, through the electronic control unit, to help the human steering, and get the best to force characteristics of servo system. EPS automobile steering system performance directly influence to the car's steering stability, to ensure that the vehicle's safety driving, reduce the number of traffic accidents and protecting the personal safety of the driver, improve the working conditions of the driver plays an important role.
Electric power steering system mainly consists of deceleration institutions and steering mechanism composition, slowing institutions to increase the output after slowing motor relay to the power auxiliary units twisted, realize the power. Because worm transmission large and stable transmission low noise so slow institutions elected worm type. Because rack-and pinion steering gear-component with simple structure, stable transmission, is steering mechanism selected for rack-and pinion type.
The paper presents the design of electric power steering system was studied, the principle of work of worm gear and worm reducer elaboration, the worm gear and worm to do a detailed design calculation, and a selection. Meanwhile to the structure of rack-and pinion steering gear-component are analyzed, and the important parts of the design calculation and strength check.
