摘 要:傾斜式液壓升降平臺(tái)是使物流系統(tǒng)中最重要的搬運(yùn)工具之一，對(duì)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了舉足輕重的作用，因此對(duì)傾斜式液壓升降平臺(tái)的研究對(duì)于推動(dòng)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要的實(shí)際意義。傾斜式液壓升降平臺(tái)由優(yōu)質(zhì)行鋼、液壓泵、油缸、油管等精制而成，省人力資源，效率高，無噪音無污染，適合一切需搬運(yùn)堆高之場(chǎng)所,是超市、車間、倉(cāng)庫(kù)常用之工具。
本文所介紹的傾斜式液壓升降平臺(tái)最大載重量是400kg，典型的液壓機(jī)有兩部分組成：本機(jī)和液壓系統(tǒng)。本機(jī)的操作控制是由一套液壓系統(tǒng)和液壓缸來完成的。本機(jī)的液壓缸和液壓泵都采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件，其中液壓缸為單作用液壓缸，液壓泵為腳踏式液壓泵，本文詳細(xì)介紹傾斜式液壓升降平臺(tái)的各部件的受力分析以及液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的分析；液壓缸瞬時(shí)尺寸的確定；液壓缸最佳安裝位置的確定和一些液壓零部件的選擇；傾斜式液壓升降平臺(tái)各受力點(diǎn)的強(qiáng)度校核和傾斜式液壓升降平臺(tái)的成本核算。
液壓缸的安裝位置直接影響到液壓缸的尺寸和液壓缸的推力，在本文中，通過選取幾組不同的數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)各組數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算出來的液壓缸的推力和液壓缸的尺寸進(jìn)行比較，從而選出最佳的安裝位置，這也可以說是一種優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
