Some Experience

HKM2×4×1.8型提升機(jī)的改造
焦煤九里山礦主井提升機(jī)HKM2×4×1.8系原蘇聯(lián)又型50年代制造的產(chǎn)品,其卷筒結(jié)構(gòu)為典型的厚支薄殼。自1963年投入使用至今,已經(jīng)運(yùn)行了47年,共計(jì)出煤約6400萬(wàn)t。隨著產(chǎn)量的逐年增加,為滿(mǎn)足該礦生產(chǎn)的需要,1982年進(jìn)行了一次較大的技術(shù)改造,年產(chǎn)量由120萬(wàn)t增加到180萬(wàn)t。由于提升重量的增加,運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間后,出現(xiàn)卷筒皮內(nèi)陷及開(kāi)焊、裂縫現(xiàn)象。1985年又在兩卷筒里面沿著周長(zhǎng)方向分別增加了兩根11# 的工字鋼,來(lái)增加卷筒的支撐,試圖解決卷筒開(kāi)焊及卷筒皮內(nèi)陷現(xiàn)象。但運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間后,卷筒的支撐件和卷筒皮開(kāi)焊、裂縫現(xiàn)象逐漸嚴(yán)重,4根支撐工字鋼有三根已經(jīng)橫向斷裂,副卷筒開(kāi)焊21處,4根工字鋼全部橫向斷裂。為保證安全生產(chǎn),我們采取了各種方法,如增加加強(qiáng)板,直接焊接,打45°坡口焊接,焊接后退火,直流焊接等都不能解決問(wèn)題,反而由于多次焊接而產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力集中,使開(kāi)焊現(xiàn)象更加嚴(yán)重,提升機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)有金屬錯(cuò)位的異常響聲,已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響到全礦的安全生產(chǎn)。為保證安全生產(chǎn),集團(tuán)公司生產(chǎn)管理處和九里山礦聯(lián)合進(jìn)行調(diào)研, 通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在有以下幾方面的問(wèn)題:
1.卷筒皮內(nèi)陷嚴(yán)重, 約為10~12mm,致使襯木變形嚴(yán)重,運(yùn)行有響聲。
2.主、副卷筒襯木磨損不一致,致使主、副卷筒運(yùn)行段纏繩不一致即常說(shuō)的瘸腿,造成裝、卸煤困難。
3.卷筒的支撐件工字鋼和卷筒皮均開(kāi)裂嚴(yán)重,焊接后運(yùn)行不久又開(kāi)裂,且裂縫一直在增加和延伸?,F(xiàn)主、副卷筒的8根支撐工字鋼均橫向斷裂,卷筒皮的裂縫已經(jīng)延伸到卷筒閘輪上,提升機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)有金屬錯(cuò)位的異常響聲。
4.維修費(fèi)用高。提升機(jī)的卷筒襯木每年必須更換一次,每次需24h,材料消耗為3.5萬(wàn)元。
5.維修時(shí)間長(zhǎng)。每月對(duì)卷筒進(jìn)行的燒焊加固均在16h以上,消耗大量的人力、物力和時(shí)間。
由于以上幾方面的故障,造成提升機(jī)不能正常運(yùn)行,嚴(yán)重影響了全礦的安全生產(chǎn)和產(chǎn)量的需求,為此對(duì)該卷筒進(jìn)行了技術(shù)改造。
改造方案
由于更換整個(gè)提升機(jī)費(fèi)用太高且時(shí)間又長(zhǎng),不符合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際,經(jīng)過(guò)充分的調(diào)查、研究和可行性分析,我們決定在現(xiàn)有的提升機(jī)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改造,即保留原有電機(jī)、減速機(jī)、制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、主軸裝置和主軸支輪,更換主、副卷筒及卷筒輪輻。新卷筒采用中信重型機(jī)械公司制造的帶有固定繩槽、一體結(jié)構(gòu)的卷筒,每個(gè)卷筒由兩個(gè)半卷筒組成,卷筒皮為40mm厚的16Mn鋼板卷成,上面鎢有固定的繩槽,屬厚殼弱支結(jié)構(gòu)的高強(qiáng)度卷筒。
卷筒更換的方案及關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié):
(1) 將加工好的新卷筒運(yùn)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng),
(2) 在車(chē)房外安裝兩臺(tái)鉆床,以便現(xiàn)場(chǎng)鉆孔,
(3) 改造車(chē)房的天車(chē),行走部分由手動(dòng)改為電動(dòng),
(4) 鋪設(shè)鐵道,從車(chē)房?jī)?nèi)鋪出車(chē)房,以節(jié)省運(yùn)送卷筒的時(shí)間,
(5) 準(zhǔn)備一臺(tái)的吊車(chē),負(fù)責(zé)車(chē)房外卷筒的起吊工作,
(6) 將主、副箕斗放在井口,
(7) 拆除提升機(jī)的閘及閘樁,
(8) 將老卷筒從輪輻處斷開(kāi),切割成兩半,分別運(yùn)出車(chē)房
(9) 將新卷筒吊到位,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)找正號(hào)眼。然后運(yùn)出車(chē)房,用鉆床鉆眼,
(10) 將鉆過(guò)眼的新卷筒吊到位,鉸孔并聯(lián)接螺栓,
(11) 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試提升機(jī)各技術(shù)參數(shù)和各個(gè)階段的特征,
(12) 安裝閘樁和閘,并上繩試車(chē)。
方案確定后,如何保證新卷筒的安裝中心線與主軸中心線重合是此項(xiàng)工程的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。經(jīng)研究決定利用原提升機(jī)主軸支輪上的止口,做為基準(zhǔn)來(lái)進(jìn)行找正。當(dāng)老卷筒吊離主軸后,由技術(shù)人員測(cè)出新卷筒的止口直徑和主軸上支輪口的直徑, 并算出止口間隙,新卷筒的位置按算好的間隙確定,然后利用支輪上的老孔在新卷筒的輪輻上進(jìn)行號(hào)眼、鉆孔、鉸孔,最后將卷筒聯(lián)接在原支輪上。
工程中的幾個(gè)技術(shù)問(wèn)題
(1) 利用中信重型機(jī)械公司提供的游標(biāo)卡尺對(duì)新卷筒的止口和主軸上原支輪止口的直徑1.5mm進(jìn)行測(cè)量卷筒更換。
(2) 卷筒的閘輪直徑比原卷筒閘輪直徑增加了40mm,原有閘木進(jìn)行重新加工。
(3) 為增加聯(lián)接螺絲的緊固性,我們采用了先測(cè)量孔直徑,現(xiàn)加工螺絲的方法,保證了螺絲的配合尺寸,并采用厭氧膠技術(shù)提高了聯(lián)接的緊固性。
經(jīng)過(guò)全體施工人員的共同努力,歷時(shí)60h,圓滿(mǎn)完成了任務(wù)。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試,新卷筒運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),卷筒的徑向跳動(dòng)、閘輪的橢圓度、兩卷筒的纏繩累計(jì)誤差均滿(mǎn)足要求。
效益
此項(xiàng)改造工程共耗資萬(wàn)元,徹底解決了提升運(yùn)行中的不安全隱患,保證了全礦的安全生產(chǎn)。其經(jīng)濟(jì)效益相當(dāng)可觀,與改造前相比較:
(1) 節(jié)約了每年一次更換卷筒襯木的檢修時(shí)間,每次節(jié)約24h,
(2) 每年一次更換卷筒襯木的材料消耗,共3.5萬(wàn)元
(3) 節(jié)約了每月兩次加固卷筒的檢修時(shí)間,每月計(jì)16h,一年可節(jié)約檢修時(shí)間 192h,可創(chuàng)年利潤(rùn)164.2萬(wàn)元。
改造后,不到一年即可收回全部投資。同時(shí)還填補(bǔ)了我省提升機(jī)改造的一項(xiàng)空白。
改造后運(yùn)行狀況
改造后,從1995年1月至今,已經(jīng)運(yùn)行15年多,提升原煤420萬(wàn)t,運(yùn)行情況良好, 與改造前相比有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn):
(1) 完全消除了原來(lái)卷筒皮內(nèi)陷、裂縫現(xiàn)象,提升機(jī)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),無(wú)雜音,保證了安全生產(chǎn)。
(2) 由于采用了一體的厚殼強(qiáng)支結(jié)構(gòu),完全消除了原卷筒的支撐件(工字鋼)斷裂現(xiàn)象,提高了整體強(qiáng)度。
(3) 由于采用固定繩槽,不存在繩槽磨損不一致現(xiàn)象,從而克服了原主、副卷筒運(yùn)行段纏繩不一致現(xiàn)象,提高了工作效率,
(4) 維修工作量大大降低,并節(jié)約了檢修時(shí)間,節(jié)省了維修費(fèi)用,
(5) 鋼絲繩的使用壽命有所延長(zhǎng)。由于采用固定繩槽,消除了原提升機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)鋼絲繩跳槽、咬繩的現(xiàn)象,使鋼絲繩運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),延長(zhǎng)了其使用壽命,并提高了整個(gè)提升系統(tǒng)的安全。
幾點(diǎn)體會(huì)
老式提升機(jī)的更新改造,是目前老礦井普遍面臨問(wèn)題,由于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的運(yùn)行及礦井改、擴(kuò)建,原有的提升機(jī)大多已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足安全生產(chǎn)的需要,運(yùn)行中都存在有不安全的隱患,必須進(jìn)行改造。但如何改造又是普遍存在的一個(gè)難題。更換提升機(jī)雖可解決問(wèn)題,但其費(fèi)用高、時(shí)間長(zhǎng)不符合煤礦實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的需要,而此次我礦的改造開(kāi)辟了一條捷徑,既解決了問(wèn)題又節(jié)省了大量的費(fèi)用和時(shí)間,具有一定的實(shí)用性和廣泛的推廣價(jià)值。
