摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)首先對(duì)液壓防爆提升機(jī)的用途、工作原理、類(lèi)型及其發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了概述,通過(guò)對(duì)液壓傳動(dòng)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的分析以及與其它類(lèi)型提升機(jī)進(jìn)行比較確定了液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。然后通過(guò)對(duì)其工作環(huán)境和技術(shù)特點(diǎn)的分析,并參考目前國(guó)內(nèi)液壓防爆提升機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)液壓防爆提升機(jī)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),包括鋼絲繩的選擇、卷筒的設(shè)計(jì)、主軸裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、制動(dòng)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)以及計(jì)算與校核。本設(shè)計(jì)由防爆電動(dòng)機(jī)、低速大扭矩液壓馬達(dá)、軸向柱塞泵、雙聯(lián)葉片泵、多種控制閥、盤(pán)形制動(dòng)器、卷筒、支承軸等部件組成。由于液壓系統(tǒng)部分比較復(fù)雜,為了使提升機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,提高液壓系統(tǒng)的性能和指標(biāo),將其主回路部分和其它部分分別組合在一起,構(gòu)成主閥組和控制閥組。此液壓提升機(jī)的特點(diǎn)是:采用液壓傳動(dòng)、采用無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操縱簡(jiǎn)單、采用液壓控制、制動(dòng)安全可靠,其最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是防爆功能。本液壓提升機(jī)用于礦山、港口、碼頭等需要搬運(yùn)物料的場(chǎng)所,尤其在煤礦井下等含有瓦斯或其它易燃易爆氣體的場(chǎng)所廣泛應(yīng)用。

Abstract
