摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)物料升降平臺(tái)的原理與設(shè)計(jì)上，經(jīng)過吸收改進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)制作的。也就是將物料升降平臺(tái)更好的運(yùn)用到球果采摘的過程中，進(jìn)一步的發(fā)揮出他的作用。 本項(xiàng)目主要針對(duì)物料輸送系統(tǒng)中物料升降平臺(tái)的升降平穩(wěn)性及安全性方面進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)研究開發(fā)以及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，零、部件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算及其強(qiáng)度校核，并對(duì)提升部分進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，主要是提升方式與傳送量進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與分析。 本課題主要設(shè)計(jì)傳動(dòng)方案的擬定、牽引方式、裝卸料方式、驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、畚斗、牽引構(gòu)件等部件的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。本設(shè)計(jì)在帶輪和畚斗上有創(chuàng)新和改進(jìn)，使工作機(jī)的性能得到相應(yīng)的提高。本設(shè)計(jì)滿足各項(xiàng)性能要求。 關(guān)鍵詞：物料升降平臺(tái)；設(shè)計(jì)；帶輪；畚斗帶 -Ⅰ- ABSTRACT This design of ascension device in wing sorting machine for larch cones is a type of hoist principle and design, absorbing improvement and design.
