摘要
根據(jù)電機(jī)的工作環(huán)境選擇電動(dòng)機(jī)類型,采用臥式安裝,防護(hù)式電機(jī),鼠籠式三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)。選擇三級(jí)減速,先是一級(jí)帶減速,再兩級(jí)齒輪減速。一級(jí)帶傳動(dòng),它具有緩沖、吸振、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、噪聲小、合過載保護(hù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),并安裝張緊輪。兩級(jí)齒輪減速,齒輪傳動(dòng)可用來傳遞空間任意兩軸間的運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力,并具有功率范圍大,傳動(dòng)效率高,傳動(dòng)比準(zhǔn)確,使用壽命長(zhǎng),工作安全可靠等特點(diǎn)。動(dòng)力由電動(dòng)機(jī)輸出,通過減速系統(tǒng)傳動(dòng),把動(dòng)力輸入到執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。由于傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)作 的是回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),而鋼筋切斷機(jī)的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)需要的直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這種轉(zhuǎn)換,可以采用曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu),盤行凸輪移動(dòng)滾子從動(dòng)件機(jī)構(gòu),齒輪齒條機(jī)構(gòu)。本課題采用曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)作為本機(jī)械的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)?。

Abstract
According to the working environment choice the type of electric motors, using horizontal installation, protection of the electrical, squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor. Option three slowdown,

Then introduce a secondary gear deceleration slowdown, because gear transmission can be used to transmit arbitrary space between the two axis movement and momentum, and the scope of power, transmission efficient transmission accurately, long using life, such as safe and reliable character. Power output by electric motors through slow down transmission system to import power to the executive body. As the system make rotation movement, The steel cutting machine needs the back and forth straight line sport ,in order to achieve this transformation, we can use c slider-crank institutions or gear and rack. I decided to consider realistic conditions using slider-crank as the executing machinery.
