摘 要
本設(shè)計是在搜集大量臺式車床車頭箱孔系加工工藝資料的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)被加工箱體孔系的結(jié)構(gòu)特點、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度和技術(shù)要求、定位夾緊方式、工藝方法和加工過程中所采用的刀具和輔具、切削用量情況以及生產(chǎn)率要求等,按照工序集中的原則而設(shè)計出來的一種高效率的臺式車床車頭箱孔系加工分配箱機構(gòu)。設(shè)計傳動系統(tǒng)時,盡可能地減少了主軸、傳動軸和傳動齒輪的數(shù)量;設(shè)計各分主軸轉(zhuǎn)速時,只考慮能與工件被加工孔徑相匹配,而由車床車頭箱變速來使個分主軸得到比較合理的切削速度;設(shè)計分配箱軸承支墻跨度時,由于采用浮動聯(lián)接鏜桿,加工精度由鏜模保證,跨度只需滿足變速齒輪安裝的必要空間。經(jīng)實例計算證明,該機構(gòu)具有“體積小、重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、使用方便、效率高、質(zhì)量好”的特點。

Calculate and prove by instance organization this have characteristic on" small, light, the structure is simple, easy to use, efficiency is high, high in quality".
