北京科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)
摘 要
本課題針對(duì)我校為大連特鋼設(shè)計(jì)的模具鋼控冷設(shè)備,參考了中厚板在生產(chǎn)過程中成熟的在線淬火控冷技術(shù),其中采用了空氣冷卻、噴氣冷卻、氣霧冷卻、水霧冷卻以及噴水冷卻5種由弱到強(qiáng)的冷卻方式。本文主要是對(duì)氣霧冷卻系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算,并且確定最佳氣霧冷卻方案和氣霧冷卻系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。在氣霧冷卻方案的設(shè)計(jì)過程中,以FLUENT軟件為操作平臺(tái),使氣霧冷卻過程滿足實(shí)際需求。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容和結(jié)論是:
(1)本課題中的控冷設(shè)備針對(duì)厚度為5-150mm、寬度為100-850mm、長度為2000-8000mm的模具鋼進(jìn)行冷卻,其中,氣霧冷卻設(shè)備主要冷卻薄的模具鋼板。為了使模具鋼板得到均勻冷卻,本文對(duì)氣霧冷卻方式進(jìn)行了方案的設(shè)計(jì)和氣霧冷卻設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),本文對(duì)所有的設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了比較詳細(xì)的說明和比較,并使用了FLUENT軟件對(duì)每個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),從中選擇出最佳方案。在確定氣霧冷卻設(shè)備最佳方案后,設(shè)計(jì)氣霧冷卻設(shè)備的相關(guān)尺寸參數(shù),完成氣霧冷卻設(shè)備初步設(shè)計(jì)。
(2)在進(jìn)行氣霧冷卻設(shè)備噴嘴的間距設(shè)計(jì)中,對(duì)不同的設(shè)計(jì)方案建立其GAMBIT模型,同時(shí)在模型能定性解決問題的前提下進(jìn)行模型簡(jiǎn)化,以便減少計(jì)算過程,節(jié)約時(shí)間。將網(wǎng)格劃分完畢后的模型導(dǎo)入FLUENT軟件進(jìn)行模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果,改進(jìn)噴嘴布置后多次實(shí)驗(yàn),從而確定最佳噴嘴布置方案,使得模具鋼在寬度方向上得到均勻冷卻。
本文對(duì)于氣霧冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法和研究思路對(duì)模具鋼在線淬火冷卻的研究和利用具有一定的參考價(jià)值。

Design on Quenching Process and Aerosol Cooling Equipment
of Mold Steel
Abstract
According to the cooling device which is designed for Dalian Steel by our school and the on-line quenching technology of plate production, my teacher put forward this topic. In this cooling device, air cooling, air-jet cooling, mist cooling, water spray cooling and spray cooling from weak to strong from are took. This paper tells us that how to design mist cooling device, and I make a example of mist cooling device for us. During the design of mist cooling device, I make full use of the soft of FLUENT, so that the design can meet our requires. This thesis consists of parts as follows:
1. The device in the design is used to cool the mold steel of 5-150mm thickness, 100-850mm width and 2000-8000mm length. The aerosol cooling equipment is used for cooling the thin mold steel plate. In order to meet requires, I make a optimal design of the aerosol cooling equipment. Many results of FLUENT are compared, and I choose a better solution from them. Then I need to design size of the aerosol cooling equipment.
2. Then the Nozzle spacing of the aerosol cooling equipment should be designed. I need to manufacture a GAMBIT model about it, and import this model in FUENT. In order to save time and simplify the calculation, we need to make sure that the model is simplified. We must do a lot of experiments, and find a better design that can keep mold steel uniform cooling.
Aerosol cooling system design methods and utilization of the die steel quench has a certain reference value research.
