內(nèi) 容 摘 要
當(dāng)前的制造業(yè)的機(jī)床正一步步的向著高速、高功率、高效率等方向發(fā)展,一個(gè)國(guó)家的制造業(yè)實(shí)力往往就體現(xiàn)在這一些方面。高速機(jī)床電主軸是高速機(jī)床的核心部件,有著非常廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。發(fā)展和應(yīng)用高速機(jī)床電主軸技術(shù),能極大的提高工廠(chǎng)的生產(chǎn)力、加工精度和加工質(zhì)量等等一系列加工時(shí)的指標(biāo)。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)旨在根據(jù)實(shí)際需求,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)滿(mǎn)足要求、且不乏經(jīng)濟(jì)性的高速機(jī)床電主軸的結(jié)構(gòu)。首先對(duì)高速機(jī)床電主軸的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析,其次對(duì)軸承、散熱、動(dòng)平衡等關(guān)鍵部分進(jìn)行初步設(shè)計(jì),然后對(duì)電主軸進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),最后驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì),確保本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)能夠滿(mǎn)足要求。本研究設(shè)計(jì)的工作主要在以下幾個(gè)方面:
1、 分析高速機(jī)床電主軸主要存在的問(wèn)題以及有關(guān)高速機(jī)床電主軸的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),對(duì)電主軸的軸承及其潤(rùn)滑技術(shù)、冷卻和散熱、動(dòng)平衡等方面進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合實(shí)際需求,對(duì)這些關(guān)鍵部位進(jìn)行初步設(shè)計(jì);
2、 對(duì)電主軸進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì),包括軸承的選型及其剛度計(jì)算、電機(jī)的選型以及主軸的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)的計(jì)算,并驗(yàn)算結(jié)果。

Abstract
Nowadays,manufacturing industry’s development is in the direction toward high-speed, high-power and high-efficiency, It can deeply reflect the level of a country’s manufacturing capacity in most cases. High-speed motorized spindle is the core component in high-speed machine tool, and it has a wide application prospect.Develop and apply higi-speed motorized spindle technology can highly improve one factory’s machining index like productivity, machining accuracy and machining quality etc. This graduation project is aimed at design a structure of a high-speed motorized spindle that satisfy the actual demand. I will analyze the key technologies of high-speed motorized spindle and design the key component such as bearings,cooling system and dynamic balance etc primarily at first, then design the structure of the motorized spindle, and I will check out my design to ensure it can meet the demand. The main task of this graduation design will contain these aspects below:
1. Analyze the main problem and key technologies of high-speed motorized spindle, research the spindle’s bearings, lubrications, cooling and dynamic balance etc. Combine with the reality demand, design those component primarily;
2. Design the motorized spindle entirely, this mainly includes the bearings’s chosen and its calculation of rigidity, the selection of electric motor and the calculation of main parameters of the spindle, and check my design at last.
