吊耳加強(qiáng)板零件沖壓工藝與沖模設(shè)計 學(xué)生姓名：任云 班級：0781053 指導(dǎo)老師：陳為國 摘要：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的迅速發(fā)展，沖壓加工技術(shù)的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛，模具成形已成為當(dāng)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要手段。 本設(shè)計以吊耳加強(qiáng)板零件沖壓工藝與沖模設(shè)計的全過程，通過審查及工藝分析確定其為單工序模。然后再對此單工序模進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計，在此過程中，凸凹模的設(shè)計為一難點，主要的是刃口的計算及定位方式的選擇問題，然后再利用得出的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合有關(guān)的參考資料和圖表，對模具的主要零件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，最后根據(jù)全部零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計選用合適的模座和模柄，并選用合適的沖壓設(shè)備，最后，畫出沖裁模的總裝圖和零件圖，在繪圖過程中，使用的軟件為Auto CAD。 關(guān)鍵詞：沖壓工藝 沖模設(shè)計 沖裁模 指導(dǎo)老師簽名： Lifting lugs reinforcing plate stamping parts stamping process and design student's name: RenYun class: 0781053 supervisor：: ChenWeiGuo Abstract: with the development of science and technology and the rapid development of industrial production, stamping processing technology used more widely, die forming has become an important means of modern industrial production.
