摘要
本次畢業(yè)設計主要是對斜齒輪注射模的設計，包括工藝方案的分析及確定、工藝計算、模具結構設計計算等內容。由于該塑件是傳動工程件且阻滑紋為圓柱紋，故在設計中主要解決了該塑件的分型面選擇、型腔數(shù)目的確定、脫模機構的設計。采用了旋轉機構、轉盤式分型抽芯機構來脫模。從而保證了齒輪的精度、其孔的同軸度和螺旋齒廓的精度。
