前言
光陰似梭,大學三年的學習一晃而過,為具體的檢驗這三年來的學習效果,綜合檢測理論在實際應(yīng)用中的能力,除了平時的考試、實驗測試外,更重要的是理論聯(lián)系實際,讓我們走向社會之前完成一次綜合性設(shè)計。即本次設(shè)計的課題是骨架(SMBS-04)的注射模設(shè)計,是對以前所學課程的一個總結(jié)。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計課題來源于生活,應(yīng)用廣泛,但成型難度大,模具結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜,對模具工作人員是一個很好的考驗。它能加強對塑料模具成型原理的理解,同時鍛煉對塑料成型模具的設(shè)計和制造能力。
在此次設(shè)計中,主要用到所學的注射模設(shè)計,以及機械設(shè)計等方面的知識。著重說明了一副注射模的一般流程,即注射成型的分析、注射機的選擇及相關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、注射模具設(shè)計的有關(guān)計算、模具總體尺寸的確定與結(jié)構(gòu)草圖的繪制、模具結(jié)構(gòu)總裝圖和零件工作圖的繪制、全面審核投產(chǎn)制造等。其中模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計既是重點又是難點,主要包括成型位置的及分型面的選擇,模具型腔數(shù)的確定及型腔的排列和流道布局和澆口位置的選擇,模具工作零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,推出機構(gòu)的設(shè)計,拉料桿的形式選擇,排氣方式設(shè)計等。通過本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計,使我更加了解模具設(shè)計的含義,以及懂得如何查閱相關(guān)資料和怎樣解決在實際工作中遇到的實際問題,這為我以后從事模具職業(yè)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計得到了廣大老師和同學的幫助,特別是周華健老師和屠冬青老師的悉心指導(dǎo),在此表示感謝!由于實踐經(jīng)驗的缺乏,且水平有限,時間倉促。設(shè)計過程中難免有錯誤和欠妥之處,懇請各位老師和同學批評指正。
