E 型片畢業(yè)論文設計 1 E 型片復合模具設計 摘 要:本設計為一 E 型片的冷沖壓模具設計,根據(jù)設計零件的尺寸、材料、批 量生產(chǎn)等要求,首先分析零件的工藝性,確定沖裁工藝方案及模具結(jié)構(gòu)方案,然后通過工 藝設計計算,確定排樣和裁板,計算沖壓力和壓力中心,初選壓力機,計算凸、凹模刃口 尺寸和公差,最后設計選用零、部件,對壓力機進行校核,繪制模具總裝草圖,以及對模 具主要零件的加工工藝規(guī)程進行編制。其中在結(jié)構(gòu)設計中,主要對凸模、凹模、凸凹模、 定位零件、卸料與出件裝置、模架、沖壓設備、緊固件等進行了設計,對于部分零部件選 用的是標準件,就沒深入設計,并且在結(jié)構(gòu)設計的同時,對部分零部件進行了加工工藝分 析,最終才完成這篇畢業(yè)設計。 關鍵詞:模具;沖裁件;凸模;凹模;凸凹模; E 型片畢業(yè)論文設計 2 Abstract: The design for E-type film of cold stamping die design, according to the size of the design components, materials, production requirements, the first part of the process of determining blanking die structure of the programme and the programme, and then through the design process, Determine layout and the Conference Board, and the calculation of the pressure-pressure center, the primary presses, calculated convex and concave-edge size and tolerance, the final design is selected, components, to check on the press, assembly and drawing the draft die, and Die major parts of the processing technology for the preparation of a point of order.
