摘 要
從20世紀(jì)中葉數(shù)控技術(shù)出現(xiàn)以來(lái),數(shù)控機(jī)床給機(jī)械制造業(yè)帶來(lái)了革命性的變化,而臥式銑床則是其中一種重要的設(shè)備。臥式銑床操作方便,性能可靠??捎酶鞣N圓柱銑刀、圓片銑刀、角度銑刀、成型銑刀和端面銑刀加工各種平面、斜面、溝槽等。如果使用適當(dāng)銑床附件,可加工齒輪、凸輪、弧形槽及螺旋面等特殊形狀的零件,配置萬(wàn)能銑頭、圓工作臺(tái)、分度頭等銑床附件,可進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大機(jī)床使用范圍。
本設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)是運(yùn)用機(jī)械原理和機(jī)械制造裝備設(shè)計(jì)方法設(shè)計(jì)雙端面臥式銑床。本次設(shè)計(jì),是在了解臥式銑床在國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)而掌握臥式銑床內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。為工業(yè)上臥式銑床的設(shè)計(jì)提供理論參考、設(shè)計(jì)參考和數(shù)據(jù)參考,為工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)者提供設(shè)計(jì)理論和設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐的參考。該設(shè)備具有剛性好,主軸電機(jī)功率高,變速范圍廣,位置精度高、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)的特點(diǎn),并配備有完善的潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)。
