摘 要
松花江微型車(chē)前懸架所使用的是麥弗遜式獨(dú)立懸架，后懸架是整體橋非獨(dú)立懸架。懸架是現(xiàn)代汽車(chē)上的重要總成之一，它把車(chē)架（或車(chē)身）與車(chē)軸（或輪胎）彈性的連接起來(lái)。它的主要作用是傳遞作用在車(chē)輪和車(chē)身之間的一切力和力矩，比如支撐力、制動(dòng)力和驅(qū)動(dòng)力等，并且緩和由不平路面?zhèn)鹘o車(chē)身的沖擊載荷、衰減由此引起的震動(dòng)、保證乘員的舒適性、減小貨物和車(chē)輛本身的動(dòng)載荷。麥弗遜式獨(dú)立懸架有著結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、緊湊、占用空間小等眾多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，整體橋懸架有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，堅(jiān)固耐用，技術(shù)成熟的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在現(xiàn)代輕型汽車(chē)中得到了廣泛運(yùn)用。
本文主要講的是松花江微型車(chē)的懸架的設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)其懸架進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。 并對(duì)懸架中關(guān)鍵零部件如：螺旋彈簧、橫向穩(wěn)定桿、減震器等的設(shè)計(jì)、選型校核。

ABSTRACT
Songhuajiang mini car used by the pre-suspension Macpherson independent suspension. The suspension is integral bridge after the independent suspension.Suspension is an important element of one of the modern automobile,it to the classis(or body ) and axle (or tires) flexibly link .It main role is the role of transmission in the body between the wheels and all the power and moment, such as support of system dynamics and driving force ,and easing the road to the whole body impact load ,decay resulting vibration,ensure the comfort of the crew,cargo and vehicles reduce their moving load. Macpherson independent suspension. with simple structure, compact, small footprint, and many other advantages, Integral bridge suspension has simple structure, durable, mature technology advantages,in a modern light vehicles has been widely used.
The main stress is suspension design, The calculation of their front suspension design. Specifications set out the key suspension components such as:spiral springs, sway bar, shock absorber such as design,selection and calibration.
