黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)的目的是用捷達(dá)轎車(chē)都市先鋒（捷達(dá)王 GTX）的車(chē)身電器制作一個(gè)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)，此實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)可以模擬電源及起動(dòng)系、照明系、信號(hào)系統(tǒng)及輔助電器系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際工作情況。通過(guò)實(shí)際的演示和排除故障的過(guò)程使學(xué)生對(duì)每個(gè)電器元件和整個(gè)電器系統(tǒng)更加深刻的理解，從而達(dá)到理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的目的。 本設(shè)計(jì)首先在符合本次設(shè)計(jì)基本要求的基礎(chǔ)上，確定了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。采用捷達(dá)汽車(chē)電器系統(tǒng)，電動(dòng)機(jī)和蓄電池為實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)提供電源。本次設(shè)計(jì)中，主要完成了臺(tái)架及板面的設(shè)計(jì)、電源系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、元件布置、實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)電器元件接線等工作。 本設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新之處：汽車(chē)電器與電路教學(xué)臺(tái)包括啟動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，電源系統(tǒng)，燈光儀表系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)，具有工作過(guò)程演示，拆裝驗(yàn)證等功能。學(xué)生可以根據(jù)自己所學(xué)的理論知識(shí)自由的拆卸和搭接電路線束，并且可以在此汽車(chē)電器與電路綜合教學(xué)臺(tái)檢驗(yàn)其拆裝后能否正常工作；電器電路的線束可以自由的連接元器件，可以借此演示雨刮、門(mén)窗升降器、電動(dòng)門(mén)鎖的工作過(guò)程。由大燈，小燈，轉(zhuǎn)向燈，霧燈，燃油表，水溫表，車(chē)速表，車(chē)速表等組成的燈光儀表系統(tǒng)，學(xué)生可以根據(jù)自己所學(xué)知識(shí)組裝燈光系統(tǒng)。學(xué)生還可以拆裝，檢修大燈和小燈，并在汽車(chē)電器與電路綜合教學(xué)臺(tái)檢驗(yàn)其拆裝的燈能否正常發(fā)光。 關(guān)鍵字：捷達(dá)；教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)；電器；布置；設(shè)計(jì)；制作 ABSTRACT This design with the purpose of making a carriage with the electronic of the car city vanguard (Jetta GTX), the function of this set is that imitate the actual work circumstance of the charging system, the illumination system, the signal system and the meter system .by practice demonstrate and the process of expel breakdown, student can deepen the knowledge of each electronic component and entire electronic system, thereby attain the goal of integrate theory with practice. This design is based on the basic requirements first,and then confirm the total design project.Adopt the electric appliances system of the Jetta, electric motor and storage battery to provide power supply for the experiment pedestal.In this design,mainly complete the design of experiment pedestal and flat piece, charging system ，circuit diagram, the composition of component and the connection of electric appliances component. This design innovation place: automobile electric appliances and circuit teaching platform including start system, power system, the structure of the light meter system, has the work process demonstration, disassembling validation etc. Function. Students may, according to his own knowledge theory knowledge free disassembly circuit harness, and can in the automobile electric appliances and circuit comprehensive teaching stage to test its disassembling can work normally after; Electrical circuit connected components of wiring free, can take this demo of windscreen wiper Windows lifter electric lock working process.
