摘 要
汽車離合器是汽車傳動系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,本設(shè)計主要進行汽車膜片彈簧離合器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。首先,分析汽車膜片彈簧離合器發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及膜片彈簧離合器的系統(tǒng)組成和工作原理。然后,對膜片彈簧離合器部分的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理進行詳細論述,并針對哈飛路寶汽車閱路寶汽車相關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù)根據(jù)離合器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,尚未解決的問題,而初選拉式膜片彈簧離合器的基本結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸參數(shù)。之后,根據(jù)拉式膜片彈簧離合器的性能要求,確定各主要部件的材料選擇,結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),并對具體尺寸參數(shù)進行設(shè)計計算、校核、修正。再次,根據(jù)各式操縱機構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點,選擇液壓操縱系統(tǒng)為本次離合器設(shè)計的操縱系統(tǒng)。最后,利用Auto-CAD繪制拉式膜片彈簧離合器的主要零部件的零件圖及系統(tǒng)裝配圖。
