摘 要
無(wú)級(jí)變速器特點(diǎn)是采用傳動(dòng)帶和工作直徑可變的主、從動(dòng)輪相配合傳遞動(dòng)力。由于無(wú)級(jí)變速器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)傳動(dòng)比的連續(xù)改變,從而得到傳動(dòng)系與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工況的最佳匹配,提高整車的燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性和動(dòng)力性,改善駕駛員的操縱方便性和乘員的乘坐舒適性,所以它是理想的汽車傳動(dòng)裝置。無(wú)級(jí)變速系統(tǒng)主要包括主動(dòng)輪組、從動(dòng)輪組、金屬帶(關(guān)鍵所在)和液壓泵等基本部件。 主動(dòng)輪組和從動(dòng)輪組都由可動(dòng)盤和固定盤組成,與油缸結(jié)合的一側(cè)帶輪軸向滑動(dòng),另一側(cè)則固定??蓜?dòng)盤與固定盤都是錐面結(jié)構(gòu),它們的錐面形成V型槽與V型金屬帶嚙合。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)輸出軸輸出的動(dòng)力首先傳遞到無(wú)級(jí)變速器的主動(dòng)輪,然后通過(guò)V型傳動(dòng)帶傳遞到從動(dòng)輪,最后經(jīng)減速器、差速器傳遞給驅(qū)動(dòng)輪。工作時(shí)通過(guò)主動(dòng)輪與從動(dòng)輪的可動(dòng)盤作軸向移動(dòng)來(lái)改變主動(dòng)輪、從動(dòng)輪錐面與V型傳動(dòng)帶嚙合的工作半徑,從而改變傳動(dòng)比??蓜?dòng)盤的軸向移動(dòng)量是由駕駛者根據(jù)需要通過(guò)控制系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)主動(dòng)輪、從動(dòng)輪液壓泵油缸壓力來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。本設(shè)計(jì)旨在通過(guò)對(duì)金屬帶式無(wú)極變速器的研究,找到可循的改良方案?! ?

Abstract
Characteristics of continuously variable transmission belts and work with a diameter of variable from the wheel fit transfer of power. Due to the continuous change of continuously variable transmission can implement the ratio in order to get the best match of transmission and engine condition, improving vehicle fuel economy and power, improve the operating convenience of drivers and passengers riding comfort, it is an ideal vehicle transmission device. Continuously variable transmission system which includes round group, from the wheel group, the metal with the key and basic components of hydraulic pump. Active Wheel Group and passive Wheel Group is composed of movable and fixed disk, and combine cylinder side with Axial sliding and the other side is fixed. Movable and fixed cone structure, they cone Form V type slot with V - type metal belt mesh. Engine output shaft of output power first delivered to continuously variable transmission for driving wheels, and then by V - belt transmission wheel, the final reducer and differential pass driving wheels. Work by driving wheels with gear of movable to move to change the driving wheels, from the work of V - belt mesh and gear cone radius, thus changing the ratio. Movable plate under Axial movement, which was driven by needs through the control system of active round, from the wheel Hydraulic Pump cylinder pressure to achieve. This is designed by the study of metal V - belt type non - polar transmission, found through improvement scheme.
