摘 要
乘客門(mén)是客車(chē)的重要組成部分，是乘客上下車(chē)的通道，對(duì)客車(chē)的整體造型也起著重要的協(xié)調(diào)作用。隨著我國(guó)汽車(chē)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，在長(zhǎng)途車(chē)中我國(guó)汽車(chē)廠(chǎng)家已普遍采用了優(yōu)勢(shì)突出的外擺式乘客門(mén)。外擺式乘客門(mén)是一種無(wú)軌道的移出車(chē)門(mén)，門(mén)扇靠回轉(zhuǎn)臂支撐，依靠轉(zhuǎn)軸的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)帶動(dòng)門(mén)扇作近似于平行移動(dòng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)，因而也稱(chēng)為平移門(mén)。
本文為兼容殘疾輪椅中型客車(chē)車(chē)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)，包括外擺式乘客門(mén)和旋轉(zhuǎn)式車(chē)門(mén)的設(shè)計(jì)。分析了外擺式乘客門(mén)和旋轉(zhuǎn)式車(chē)門(mén)的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理，確定其各部分的尺寸及主要零部件的選型及安裝。討論了國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車(chē)附件工業(yè)發(fā)展的情況比較。在本設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)用了CAD軟件制作前后乘客門(mén)。

ABSTRACT
Passenger door is the important department of the coach, is the route way for the passengers. And assort with the whole coach sculpt. With the development of our vehicle technology, the domestic vehicle factory has already adopted the outer turning service door. It has much more predominance. The outer turning service door is the door which has no tram road and parallel move out of the coach, the door was supported by the circumrotate arm. By the rotation of the circumrotate axes, the door is moving close to the parallel move. Thus this door is called translation door.
This paper introduces the design of the door of a medium-sized passenger car which permit a disable and sick wheel chair . Include the design of the outer turning service door and the the swing door. Analyzed the structure and operating principles of the outer turning service door and the swing door, determined the size of its parts and major components of the models and installation. Discussed the development of the vehicle annex industry. Application in this design the CAD software create in front and back passenger's door.
