摘 要
本設(shè)計是根據(jù)我國近幾年來房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展和老百姓私家車的急劇增多，私家車數(shù)量的急劇增加與車（位）庫設(shè)置嚴(yán)重滯后的矛盾應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的自動化車庫。鏈驅(qū)動雙層升降橫移式立體車庫，是充分利用小區(qū)地下空間設(shè)置的新型車庫，其型號為單層2個車位。車庫下降后可完全居于地面之下，車庫表面能與周邊完全融為一體。并且每個車庫均屬獨(dú)立空間，升降自如，停（?。┸嚇O為方便，快捷，是充分利用地下空間改造或興建的安全、新型、便捷式車庫。該車庫設(shè)計新穎、獨(dú)特、巧妙，實(shí)用性強(qiáng)，可以大大緩解小區(qū)車庫（位）嚴(yán)重不足的矛盾。 本說明書共分五章，著重設(shè)計計算了鋼絲繩及滑輪組機(jī)構(gòu)、載車板、升降機(jī)構(gòu)、橫移入庫機(jī)構(gòu)以及庫架等主要系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計計算。
